Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maximize patient function through direct and supervised physical therapy.
• Provide clinical oversight to PTAs and Rehab Techs.
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs during treatments and group sessions.
• Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program.
• Maintain licensure and stay informed on regulations governing practice.
• Understand billing models and ensure care aligns with guidelines.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
