Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to deliver high-quality therapy services across partner facilities. The PT will screen, evaluate, and treat patients, while supervising PTAs and Rehab Techs to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

The role emphasizes maintaining licensure, adhering to regulatory standards, and contributing to program growth with continuous education and leadership development.

Qualifications

• English communication skills required.
• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Maximize patient function and independence through direct and supervised physical therapy.
• Provide clinical oversight and consultation to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs).
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs during individual and group treatments, ensuring efficient resource use.
• Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program.
• Advance clinical and leadership skills through collaboration, self-study, and continuing education.
• Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on industry trends and healthcare regulations.
• Understand billing models and deliver care aligned with treatment guidelines and outcomes.
