Reliant Rehabilitation in Kansas is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy in partner facilities. You will screen patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and collaborate with a clinical team to ensure optimal outcomes.

You will supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs, participate in discharge planning, maintain state licensure, and stay current with regulations. This role emphasizes patient-centered care, infection control, and clear English communication.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Maximize patient function through direct and supervised physical therapy.
• Provide clinical oversight and consultation to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs).
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs during individual and group treatments, ensuring efficient resource use and skill development.
• Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations governing physical therapy.
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
