Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a PT license in the state.
• Licensed PT with ability to meet CE requirements.
• Preference for Masters/Doctorate in PT.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients within 24 hours or 1 business day of referral.
• Develop and obtain approval for treatment plans.
• Supervise PT assistants and staff in patient care.
• Document evaluations and progress per policy and PT Act.
• Assist with discharge planning and caregiver training.
• Recommend durable medical equipment as needed.
