Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations and cover PSC/IOP sites with little notice.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures and verify orders.
• Lead daily activities on-site and mentor PSR staff.
• Maintain logs, data entry, and inventory controls.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and safety.
