TalentBurst is seeking a Phlebotomist III for onsite work in Enfield, CT. The role involves drawing blood, preparing specimens for testing, and delivering patient-centered service across multiple sites.

You may coach PSR staff and coordinate activities with the lab, sales, IT, and logistics teams. Qualified candidates have five years of phlebotomy experience, including diverse patient populations, and a valid phlebotomy certification.

Formación

• Five years phlebotomy experience required, incl. pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.
• Minimum 3 years in a PSC/IOP environment preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification required; CA, NV, WA have specific requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent; medical training preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Explain procedures to patients and create a trusting atmosphere.
• Lead daily activities and coach staff across multiple locations.
• Travel and cover multiple locations as needed; manage high-volume workload.
