Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Phlebotomist III Floater to cover multiple locations in Wallingford, CT, performing PSC/IOP/in-office phlebotomy with a focus on leadership, confidentiality, and accuracy.

You will mentor new staff, coordinate on-site activities, and collaborate across Sales, Laboratory Testing Services, IT, Billing, and Logistics to handle complex test orders, with early shifts Monday–Friday and alternating Saturdays on-call.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical training preferred (medical assistant or paramedic).
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, and WA.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage at multiple locations and lead PSR on site.
• Ensure daily activities in PSC/IOP/long-term care are completed accurately.
• Coach and onboard new staff; mentor clients and provide onboarding services.
