Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Phlebotomist III- Float for 2 months in Toms River, NJ, with a 6:00am–4:30pm shift and alternating Saturdays. The role involves drawing blood, preparing specimens for testing, and providing coverage across multiple locations including PSR on-site leadership as needed.

The ideal candidate has five years of phlebotomy experience, strong customer service, and the ability to coach and onboard new staff while ensuring accuracy and patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred. Required in California, Nevada, and Washington.

Responsibilities

• Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for Lab testing.
• Provide coverage at multiple locations and lead on-site PSR activities.
• Coach and onboard new employees; act as resource for staff.
• Communicate procedures clearly to patients and maintain confidentiality.
