Talentburst, Inc. is seeking a Phlebotomist III Floater for East Lyme, CT. The role covers multiple locations and requires leading on-site staff, mentoring new employees, and coordinating with Sales, Lab, IT, Billing, and Logistics on complex orders.

The candidate should have five years of phlebotomy experience and be prepared to work in a high-volume environment with strong customer service and data-entry skills.

Qualifications

• Five years phlebotomy experience including pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.
• Three years in a PSC/IOP environment preferred.
• Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide coverage at multiple locations for multiple roles.
• Ensure daily activities of the Patient Service Center/Mobile/Long Term Care/In-Office Phlebotomy are completed accurately and on time.
• Lead one or more PSR on site and mentor new employees.
• Act as point of contact to staff on site and provide input to group lead or supervisor.
• Collaborate with Sales, Laboratory Testing Services, IT connectivity, Billing, and Logistics for complex orders.
• Manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting.
