Talentburst,-Inc. is seeking a Phlebotomist III - Float for Willimantic, CT, to draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing while ensuring a trustworthy patient experience.

The role involves leading on-site activities, coaching new staff, and supporting multiple locations and functions (Sales, Lab Testing, IT, Billing, Logistics) in a fast-paced environment. Requires active phlebotomy certification and a valid DL.

Qualifications

• Five years phlebotomy experience required, incl. pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.
• Minimum 3 years in a PSC/IOP environment preferred.
• Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.

Responsabilités

• Draw quality blood samples and prepare them for lab testing.
• Lead daily activities and coach/mentor staff on site.
• Provide coverage across multiple locations and roles.
• Coordinate with Sales, Lab Testing Services, IT, Billing and Logistics.
