Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Lead Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and meaningful patient service. You will model best practices, coach staff, and help drive operational excellence within the store's pharmacy operations.

The role emphasizes leadership, compliance with SOPs, and continued development of technical and customer service skills while supporting pharmacists and the Pharmacy Manager. This is a full‑time, in‑store position.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy (licensure/certification).
• If state board requirements do not address a minimum age, candidate must be at least 18 years old as allowed by state employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Ability to work 30 hours or greater per week with Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Deliver safe and accurate prescription fulfillment while providing caring service to patients.
• Lead by example, coach, and mentor pharmacy team members and support the Pharmacy Manager.
• Assist in immunizations and other pharmacist‑provided services where allowed by law and training.
• Adhere to SOPs and maintain high standards of inventory accuracy and regulatory compliance.
