Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Technician to support pharmacists and guide the pharmacy team in delivering safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and compassionate patient care.

You will coach staff, ensure efficient workflow across production, drive-thru, and pickup, and help manage inventory and SOP implementation while complying with regulations. Travel to stores as needed within the market.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws.
• If required, must be at least 18 years of age.
• State-level licensure requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach pharmacy team for safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Assist Pharmacist-on-duty with day-to-day activities and communications.
• Oversee inventory activities and cycle counts, back-up inventory tasks.
• Deliver high-quality patient care and empathetic service across channels.
