Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking a Lead Pharmacy Technician to assist the Pharmacy Technician Supervisor and lead operations across our infusion pharmacy. You will coordinate medication compounding, patient services, and regulatory compliance to support high-quality infusion care.

Under the direction of a licensed Pharmacist, you will oversee scheduling, process improvements, inventory maintenance, and patient communications while ensuring adherence to state regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience with internal and external customers.
• Excellent organizational and numerical calculation skills.
• Proficiency with basic email and online forms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sterile prep and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Create technician schedules and coordinate workflow.
• Analyze operational data to improve efficiency and accuracy.
