Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking a Lead Pharmacy Technician in Tempe, AZ, reporting to the Pharmacist and assisting the Technician Supervisor. You will help coordinate operations, prep medications, and support patient services while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

Qualified candidates have a High School diploma or GED, a valid CPhT, and at least 3 years of pharmacy technician experience. Strong math, organization, and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) is required.
• Experience as a pharmacy technician with customer service.
• Ability to perform advanced calculations and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead pharmacy technician operations under a pharmacist.
• Prepare prescriptions and sterile/other preparations per policy.
• Manage inventory, scheduling, and adherence to safety regulations.
• Support patient services and improve service quality.
