Option Care Health in Tempe, AZ is seeking an entry-level Pharmacy Technician to support daily pharmacy operations under a licensed Pharmacist. You will assist with dispensing medications, managing supplies, and ensuring compliance with state regulations to maintain safety and accuracy.

The role emphasizes patient experience, accuracy in data entry, and teamwork in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. Training is provided to meet licensure and internal standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 0–6 months of relevant experience preferred.
• Licensed/registered within 6 months if required by state.
• Completion of OCH training within 6 months, if required.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate basic prescription refills and process per policy.
• Assist with preparing and dispensing medications and supplies.
• Maintain equipment through calibration, inspection, cleaning and reporting defects.
• Collect basic patient information to plan materials, supplies and prescriptions.
• Support a positive patient experience by answering routine questions.
