Cardinal Health seeks an experienced Pharmacy Applications Lead to own end-to-end delivery for Pharmacy Applications across intake, build/configuration, integration, transition to run, and ongoing support.

You will serve as the technology owner, shaping platform strategy, roadmap, and governance, coordinating with Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to meet regulatory and operational requirements in healthcare.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience, preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams (Engineering, Integration, QA, PM).
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems, middleware, APIs, SQL-based data access, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Demonstrated capability in estimation, planning, SDLC governance, and operational delivery execution.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end outcomes for Pharmacy Applications across intake, build/configuration, integration, transition to run, and ongoing support.
• Serve as the single accountable owner for pharmacy system delivery, stability, and outcomes.
• Translate pharmacy, operations, and business goals into executable delivery and integration plans.
• Ensure predictable delivery through disciplined planning, estimation, execution, and follow-through.
• Establish solution-level decision rights for Pharmacy Apps and drive decisions with clear options.
• Own intake evaluation, prioritization, and sequencing of enhancement requests and platform modernization initiatives.
• Define and maintain architecture decisions within assigned pharmacy platforms, including integration patterns and lifecycle planning.
• Understand business impact of platform performance on patient onboarding, therapy fulfillment, and pharmacy operations.
