Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a Pharmacy Platform & Technology Delivery Leader to partner with Pharmacy Commercial and Operations. You will define the product and platform roadmap, align investments with growth, and drive end-to-end delivery across multiple platforms and teams.

In this role you will transform pharmacy capabilities into an integrated platform, establish governance, and measure outcomes to improve patient experiences and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience in technology leadership.
• Experience aligning business strategy with platform investments.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into roadmaps and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior technology partner for Pharmacy Commercial and Pharmacy Operations.
• Define multi-year technology roadmap aligned to growth and customer experience.
• Drive modernization across pharmacy capabilities and ecosystems.
• Establish governance, funding alignment, and delivery performance.
• Identify automation and AI opportunities to improve workflows.
• Oversee cross-functional collaboration across diverse teams.
