Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Manager, Software Engineering to own end-to-end outcomes for multiple Sonexus solutions on a Salesforce-based platform. You will lead cross-functional teams, translating business goals into actionable delivery plans and ensuring run stability and governance throughout the SDLC.

Ideal candidates have 8–12 years of delivery experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong skills in estimation, budgeting, and enterprise software delivery within regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams (Engineering, QA, BA, PM).
• Strong Salesforce-based solution understanding for enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated ability in estimation, planning, SDLC governance, and delivery execution.
• Experience managing delivery plans, budgets, and capacity across initiatives.
• Experience in regulated environments is a plus.
• Structured delivery artifacts (WBS, LOE estimates, schedules, RAID, change control) used.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end outcomes for assigned solutions across intake, build, implementation, transition to run, and support.
• Serve as the single accountable owner for delivery, stability, and outcomes.
• Translate product and business goals into executable delivery plans with scope and milestones.
• Ensure predictable delivery through disciplined planning and execution.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
