Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience designing digital products/services in a human-centered approach.
• Strong grasp of experience design best practices for digital and real-world touchpoints.
• Proficiency with IA, journey mapping, blueprinting, and interaction design tools.
• Experience planning/facilitating/analyzing research, service prototyping, and usability testing.
• Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication for storytelling.
• Comfort leading in a modern product/service design lifecycle.
• Ability to guide teams through design thinking and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and hands-on research/design work.
• Guide teams to understand customer behavior, pain points, and needs.
• Translate business questions into intuitive analytical experiences and dashboards.
• Create detailed user flows and prototypes for validation.
• Explain design rationale to non-designers and build shared understanding.
