Job summary

Ro in Boynton Beach, FL is hiring a Fulfillment Pharmacist to ensure members receive accurate orders on time. You will work with doctors and care teams to review regimens, respond to clinical questions, and collaborate with engineers, product managers, and others to improve workflows.

This is a full-time, on-site role focused on delivering high-quality patient care. We value empathy, autonomy, and clear communication as you help Ro expand access to seamless pharmacy services across the patient

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy.
• Valid Florida Pharmacy License.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week in fast paced, high volume location.
• Unrivaled empathy and patience when helping patients.
• Ability to think quickly and work autonomously.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process and review medication orders for members.
• Work with the doctor or care team when clinical intervention is needed.
• Respond to clinical questions from members.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team of doctors, engineers, product managers, and more.
• Work with team members to improve current procedures and workflow.
• Find creative, fun, and professional ways to deliver the best possible experience for our patients.
• Offer clinical expertise in evaluating drug regimens to provide the best patient care.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
