Job summary

Hims, Inc. is seeking a Compounding Facilities Lead Technician to lead a team of technicians in a multi-shift pharma lab environment.

You will apply predictive and preventive maintenance across tablet presses, blenders, hoods, and HVAC systems, ensuring reliability and compliance in daily operations. The role requires 3+ years in pharma maintenance/engineering, leadership experience, and knowledge of CMMS and PLC/HVAC systems.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and present state-required proof of age documents.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Project Management.
• Able to troubleshoot machinery without supervision.
• Capable of documenting maintenance charts and data.

Responsibilities

• Provide predictive/preventive maintenance on Lab Equipment and systems.
• Document maintenance data and charts.
• Repair and troubleshoot lab equipment across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and repair equipment; coordinate with production to minimize downtime.
• Maintain calibration records and regulatory-compliant documentation.
• Collaborate with QA and regulatory teams to ensure proper logs and validation reports.
