Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Groom Shop, including scheduling and audits.
• Train and onboard new Groomers; mentor grooming skills and performance.
• Drive growth by engaging customers, scheduling appointments, and promoting services.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and adherence to grooming SOPs across the team.
