Qualifications

• 2+ years grooming pets under supervision of a professional groomer.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Comfortable working with dogs and cats with patience and care.
• Must provide own grooming tools or be willing to purchase required tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Groom Shop operations with scheduling, safety checks, and audits.
• Ensure grooming SOPs and cleanliness standards are met at all times.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new groomers and technicians.
• Communicate sales performance to store leadership and groom team weekly.
• Drive salon growth through client outreach, events, and community groups.
• Provide professional grooming services and maintain animal safety and welfare.
