Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Salon Leader to manage the grooming salon operations, train staff, and deliver exceptional service to pet parents and their pets. You will oversee daily workflow, scheduling, and compliance with grooming SOPs while driving growth through customer engagement and community events.

The role requires grooming expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for animal care, with emphasis on safety and team development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years grooming pets under supervision.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Comfortable working with dogs and cats; patient and compassionate.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Groom Shop including scheduling and audits.
• Hire and onboard new Groomers and Technicians; mentor trainees.
• Drive salon growth through client outreach and in-store events.
• Ensure grooming SOPs, safety, cleanliness, and documentation are maintained.
• Provide professional grooming services and ensure animal welfare.
