You will drive daily salon performance, coaching, and compliance with grooming standards in a fast-paced store environment.

The role emphasizes scheduling, training, and collaboration with the Store Manager to grow the grooming business while ensuring safety and quality of service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years grooming experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must provide own grooming tools (clippers, blades, shears).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Groom Shop, including scheduling and audits.
• Ensure grooming SOPs and cleanliness standards are maintained.
• Assist in hiring and onboarding new Groomers and Groom Technicians.
• Communicate daily/weekly updates to store manager including sales performance.
• Schedule weekly meetings to discuss staffing and forecast business review.
• Drive salon growth by contacting customers and participating in events.
