Petsense by Tractor Supply is seeking a Salon Leader to oversee the grooming salon operations, drive growth, and ensure exceptional care for pets and customers.

You will train and coach staff, manage scheduling, onboarding, and compliance with grooming SOPs, and partner with the Store Manager to hit grooming targets. Strong grooming experience and at least 2 years in leadership required; must provide own grooming tools.

Formación

• Minimum of 2+ years grooming pets under a professional groomer.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; reading/writing/counting skills.
• Must provide own grooming tools (clippers, blades, shears) or be willing to purchase.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day grooming operations and scheduling.
• Hire and onboard new groomers and technicians.
• Ensure SOP compliance and salon cleanliness.
