Job summary

Petsense by Tractor Supply is seeking a Salon Leader to manage daily Groom Shop operations, coach staff, and deliver outstanding customer service to pet parents. You will oversee schedules, safety, and training while driving growth through community engagement and events.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of grooming experience with some supervisory exposure, comfortable with dogs and cats, and owns or will purchase grooming tools as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years grooming pets under supervision by a professional groomer.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Comfortable working with dogs and cats.
• Own grooming tools or willing to purchase required tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Groom Shop and salons.
• Schedule, safety checks, and salon audits.
• Hire and onboard new Groomers and Technicians with mentoring.
• Drive salon growth through customer engagement and events.
• Maintain records and ensure safety and sanitation standards.
