Ideal candidates bring 2+ years grooming experience, supervisory skills, and the ability to train and mentor team members.

Qualifications

• 2+ years grooming experience under a professional groomer
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Must provide own grooming tools (clippers, blades, shears) or willing to purchase

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day grooming shop operations, scheduling, safety, and audits
• Maintain grooming SOPs and cleanliness standards
• Assist in hiring/training new Groomers and Technicians
• Coach salon team to improve performance and customer satisfaction
• Drive salon growth through customer engagement and events
