Job summary

Lowes Foods in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a results-oriented supervisor for our Lowes Foods To Go team. You will lead Personal Shoppers, coach staff, and ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment while delivering a friendly guest experience.

You will partner with store management to schedule, monitor performance metrics, and uphold safety and sanitation standards. The role offers exposure to eCommerce, logistics, and grocery retail as our fastest-growing sales channel.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams and coaching staff.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to learn store systems and procedures.
• Physical capability to lift 25 lbs regularly.
• Basic Microsoft Office and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Support in-store and curbside marketing programs.
• Write schedules for eCommerce team.
• Guide team to interact with guests in a genuine, fun, and friendly manner.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards throughout the department.
• Execute duties of LFTG Personal Shoppers (fulfillment, guest communication, technology protocols).
• Publish and hold team accountable for business metrics and proper execution of programs.
• Provide training and quality inspections, giving feedback to Personal Shoppers.
• Communicate out of stocks and quality/freshness situations to store management daily.
• Communicate service issues with Guest Care Center and store management daily.
• Communicate with guests via phone and email to ensure guest satisfaction.
