Job summary

Jonus Group is seeking a Personal Lines Product Manager for Property & Casualty insurance with a homeowners focus. You will own the full product lifecycle, drive strategy, and lead a small team to enhance profitability and portfolio performance.

You will collaborate with actuarial, underwriting, and regulatory teams to manage pricing, rate and form changes, and filings, ensuring Florida compliance and strong market positioning.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal lines homeowners or residential property products.
• Familiarity with rate and form filings and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical ability to translate data into actionable business decisions.
• Exposure to Florida regulatory filings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategy, development, and performance of personal lines products, focusing on homeowners.
• Manage the full product lifecycle including pricing, rate/form changes, and regulatory filings.
• Analyze profitability, loss trends, market conditions, and competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with actuarial, underwriting, regulatory, technology, and other departments.
• Lead and develop a small team and guide product priorities and execution.
• Ensure Florida regulatory compliance and support filings.
• Utilize data and technology to enhance portfolio performance and decisions.
• Contribute to broader product strategy and organizational growth.
