Job summary

• Manage full lifecycle of personal lines insurance products from development to performance
• Oversee product strategy including rate changes and portfolio performance
• Coordinate state regulatory filings (Florida focus)
• Analyze loss ratios, pricing trends, profitability and competition
• Use SQL and Power BI for data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with actuarial, underwriting, claims, regulatory, sales, IT and legal teams
• Support product development across admitted and E&S markets
• Identify opportunities to enhance offerings and efficiency
• Lead and mentor a small product team and present to senior leadership
