Job summary

Crowe’s Performance Improvement group in the Advisory practice helps clients significantly improve profitability by addressing operational challenges, developing executable improvement plans, and quantifying financial value while partnering to capture savings.

The role focuses on identifying opportunities, developing solutions, managing initiatives, and coordinating resources with LEAN/Six Sigma methods to drive operational transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a relevant field.
• At least five years of manufacturing operations and/or consulting experience; experience in operations consulting is a plus.
• Willingness to travel Sunday evening to Thursday evening each week.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build and mentor teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct operational and process analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and deploy internal controls and dashboards.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and coach project champions.
• Deliver training and mentoring to client teams.
• Ensure projects deliver on time and budget.
• Leverage Lean, Six Sigma, and Performance Improvement tools to reduce costs.
