Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Senior Consultant in the Performance Improvement group within Transaction Advisory. You will guide clients through operational excellence projects, including EBITDA and enterprise value capture, across the U.S. and potentially internationally.

The role requires 2+ years in operations, strong analytical skills, and collaborative leadership. Travel Sundays through Thursdays is required; flexible, client-facing work is common.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain or a relevant field.
• Master’s degree is advantageous.
• 2+ years in operations management including lean/continuous improvement.
• Experience with Private Equity clients/firms is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• Willing to travel Sunday evening to Thursday evening, weekly.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and identify improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team-oriented with ability to work with leadership and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead value-creation and operational improvement initiatives with client teams.
• Engage with client leaders to analyze and execute deal strategies.
• Identify opportunities and assemble resources across disciplines.
• Create executive-level deliverables to support decision-makers.
• Deliver results on-site at client locations in the U.S. and beyond.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and performance-improvement tools to boost productivity.
• Collaborate across teams and manage cross-functional initiatives.
