Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Senior Consultant in the Transaction Advisory Performance Improvement group to guide clients through the analysis and implementation of operational excellence initiatives, including EBITDA and enterprise value capture.

The role is client-facing, on-site with U.S. clients, with travel Sunday through Thursday, and requires a Bachelor’s in Operations/Engineering/Supply Chain plus 2+ years in operations management; Power BI/Excel skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
• Master’s degree is advantageous.
• Advanced analytical skills with high proficiency in MS Excel.
• Power BI or Tableau experience is a plus.
• Willing to travel weekly Sunday–Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Engage with PE firms and corporate leaders to analyze value-creation strategies.
• Lead operational improvement initiatives and execution plans.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and client stakeholders.
• Create executive‑level deliverables to support decisions.
• Deliver on-site client results across the U.S. and potentially internationally.
