Job summary

Crowe is seeking an Operations Senior Consultant for its Performance Improvement practice in the Advisory group. You will observe operations, identify gaps, and advise on reducing production issues to improve profitability.

Responsibilities include developing KPIs, deploying operating systems, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and coaching client staff. Travel to client sites is required; you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• At least two years of manufacturing operations and/or consulting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to travel Sunday–Thursday.
• Ability to build, manage, and foster a team-oriented environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; proficient Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments by conducting operational and shop-floor observations
• Develop and deploy KPI’s and operating systems
• Develop, manage, and lead continuous process improvement initiatives
• Deliver training, coach, and mentor client staff
• Execute a portion of the scope of work as assigned and deliver on time and within budget
• Leverage Lean, Six Sigma, and Performance Improvement tools to enhance productivity
