Crowe’s Performance Improvement team in the Advisory practice seeks an Operations Consulting Manager to lead operational, financial, and process analyses, develop strategies, reengineer processes, and model improvements. You’ll drive operational transformation across client engagements from Dallas, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of manufacturing operations and/or consulting experience; operations consulting is a plus.
• Willingness to travel Sunday evening to Thursday evening, weekly.
• Self-starter with initiative and ownership, with a track record of turning ideas into practice.
• Ability to build and foster a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with internal/external stakeholders.
• Proven problem-solving ability and advanced Excel/PowerPoint proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct operational and shop-floor assessments to identify financial opportunities.
• Develop and deploy dashboards and metrics per regulations and client needs.
• Lead continuous process improvement initiatives and manage project scope/budgets.
• Deliver training and mentor Project Champions within client teams.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Performance Improvement tools to boost productivity and reduce costs.
