• Assign referrals to Peer Recovery Specialists within their circuit.
• Coordinate participation of PRS in judicial appointments, events, and meetings.
• Track engagement data for assigned clients and provide guidance to staff.
• Support staff with resources and knowledge to engage with clients effectively.
• Provide feedback and promote workplace wellness among the PRS team.
• Oversee onboarding of staff to obtain CRPS certification as required.
• Ensure services align with ethical codes established during certification.
• Maintain regular in-office attendance and collaborate with stakeholders.
