THREE RIVERS YOUTH in Pittsburgh, PA seeks a Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) Supervisor to supervise CRS and peer staff, ensuring recovery-focused services meet policies, regulations, and best practices while supporting staff development and quality improvement.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in peer recovery or related behavioral health roles, supervisory experience, and CRS credentials; CPR/First Aid and Naloxone training are required, with occasional travel within the service

Qualifications

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, Behavioral Health, or related field preferred.
Minimum three (3) years of experience providing peer recovery and related behavioral health services.
Minimum two (2) years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) credential in good standing.
CPR and First Aid Certification within 90 days of hire; Naloxone training.

Responsibilities

Provide ongoing supervision, coaching, mentoring, and support to Certified Recovery Specialists and peer staff.
Oversee daily operations of recovery support services and ensure quality and timeliness of documentation.
Develop corrective action plans and performance improvement strategies as needed.
Collaborate with treatment providers and community stakeholders to promote recovery goals.
Monitor compliance with state, federal, payer, and accreditation requirements.
