Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of Peer Mentors serving families at risk in Pinellas County.
• Provide coaching to ensure recovery-focused, individualized services.
• Coordinate with clinical service providers and maintain appropriate documentation.
• Maintain an annual productivity target of 4,140 hours for the team.
