• Two years nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates/leads daily clinical operational activities of the unit and organization.
• Oversees staffing processes with established levels and skill mix.
• Monitors unit environment for supplies, equipment, and safety.
• Directs nursing and support staff and ensures timely documentation.
• Leads and participates in performance improvement and quality initiatives.
• Collaborates with leadership to promote staff engagement and learning.
