Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Two (2) years of nursing experience.
• One (1) year supervisory or lead experience.
• Experience with pediatric patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates/leads daily clinical operational activities of the unit to deliver family-centered care.
• Oversees staffing—assignments and skill mix to meet patient needs.
• Monitors unit environment and ensures supplies and equipment are available.
• Mentors staff and drives professional development and adherence to policies.
• Partners with leadership to improve patient safety, quality, and satisfaction.
