Job summary

SAC Health in San Bernardino, CA seeks a Lead, Patient Service Representative to supervise the Patient Services team. You will oversee patient check-in, records, insurance verification, and discount Qualifications for patients while ensuring policy compliance and a patient-centered experience.

You will train staff, support front office operations, and resolve issues promptly. Flexibility to work across locations, with a Monday–Friday schedule and clinic hours as posted.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months PSR experience; leadership preferred.
• EPIC certification required for module hired into.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient services representatives to ensure prompt service.
• Supervise patient registration, check-in, records, insurance verification, and discounts.
• Train new staff and support departmental protocol changes.
• Maintain professionalism and patient confidentiality; strong communication.
