Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field required.
• 2 years of supervisory or lead experience in healthcare preferred.
• Experience with revenue cycle, financial counseling, or patient access is desirable.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related systems.

• Lead daily department operations to ensure accurate and timely billing and optimized collections.
• Oversee financial clearance, and posting of patient balances and co-payments.
• Participate in recruiting and onboarding for patient access staff.
• Provide ongoing staff education, competency assessments, and cross-training.
• Set goals with management and monitor patient access metrics to align with organizational goals.
• Promote compliant registrations and clean claims through process improvements.
• Resolve patient concerns or complaints and act as a liaison with payers and families.
