Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree in healthcare, business, or related field preferred.
• Experience in professional/clinical setting and EMR systems is required.
• Two years customer service experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Register patients efficiently at front desk and handle staff coverage when needed.
• Understand registration modules in Vision and AMPFM; coordinate with IT for updates.
• Train staff on registration, insurance verification, and authorization processes.
