Job summary

Invision Sally Jobe (ISJ) in Englewood, CO is seeking a Lead, Patient Access to oversee daily operations of the Patient Access team. This full-time, in-office role reports to the Manager of Patient Access and Registration and drives scheduling accuracy and customer service across radiology modalities.

You will train staff, ensure compliance with standards, and act as a resource for questions and throughput optimization in a fast-paced imaging environment. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Previous radiology scheduling experience required.
• Familiarity with radiology modalities scheduling preferred (Mammography, Ultrasound, MRI, CT, DXA, Pain Management).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily direction and support to team members to ensure workflow and productivity.
• Trains and mentors staff on department processes and responsibilities.
• Audits team work for accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Serves as backup to Manager during absence and represents the department in meetings.
• Schedules radiology examinations by telephone across modalities based on clinical and scheduling needs.
• Communicates exam preparation requirements and other instructions to patients.
• Assists with development and implementation of department policies and procedures.
• Supports annual and 90-day performance evaluations.
