Job summary

Invision Sally Jobe leads patient registration and front-office operations across clinics in the Denver area. The Senior Lead coordinates scheduling, staffing and processes to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality service.

Reporting to the Manager, Patient Access and Registration, this full-time role requires healthcare clerical experience, leadership, and strong communication. The position supports multiple sites with on-site responsibilities in the South Denver Metro Area.

Qualifications

• Clerical health-care experience required.
• Previous leadership role required.
• Advanced medical terminology knowledge required.
• Extensive insurance knowledge required.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for patient registration, scheduling and indexing.
• Coordinate daily front-office workflow across multiple sites.
• Implement and monitor policies and procedures.
• Identify training gaps and coordinate staff training.
• Greet patients professionally and manage wait times.
• Perform monthly staff audits and maintain confidentiality.
