Phoenix Children’s in Avondale is seeking a Lead Patient Access Representative to support the Emergency Department registration process. You will guide families through registration, act as a resource for Patient Access Representatives, and lead the front-end team in a fast-paced environment.

The shift is 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM, Wednesday to Saturday, with overnight and weekend differentials. The role emphasizes effective communication, teamwork, dependability, and training staff.

• Provide performance input to supervisors and assist with quality initiatives.
• Maintain positive relationships with patients, guarantors, and providers.
