This role requires at least three years of parts department experience, thorough knowledge of all department functions, and proven leadership and communication skills.

Formación

• Prefer three years previous parts department experience, including inside and outside parts selling.
• Thorough knowledge of all phases of the parts department.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Positive can-do attitude.
• Strong work ethics and commitment to extra hours when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operation of the Branch Parts Department in line with policies.
• Establish short and long-term sales and profit objectives for the Parts Department.
• Develop merchandising strategies to meet financial targets.
• Promote safe work habits and ensure safety rules are followed.
• Train and grow Parts Department personnel.
• Communicate with other departments and Branch Manager on performance.
