Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in parking operations, facilities management, or a university setting.
• Must be organized and detail-oriented with good customer service and a friendly demeanor.
• Knowledge of using handheld tablets.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and meet Villanova risk-management driving policies.

Responsibilities

• Issue parking tickets using an automated License Plate Recognition system.
• Assure parking equipment is well maintained and operational.
• Collect cash and credit card receipts from pay stations and exit gates.
• Help set up the parking garage/lot for events to maximize spaces.
• Assist with traffic flow for entry and exit during events.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, or suspicious activities to supervisor.
• Perform other duties and assist with projects as assigned.
