Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in parking operations, facilities management, or a university setting.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and meet Villanova driving privileges.
• Must be organized and detail-oriented with good customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Issue parking tickets using an automated License Plate Recognition (LPR) system.
• Ensure all parking equipment is well maintained and operational.
• Collect cash and credit card receipts from multiple pay stations in the university parking garage and exit gates.
• Help set up the parking garage/lot for events with cones and barricades to maximize parking spaces.
• Assist with traffic flow for entry and exit for events.
• Report any accidents, safety hazards, maintenance issues, or suspicious activities to supervisor.
• Perform other duties and assist with projects as assigned.
